Job Summary
The Chief Operating Consultants (COC) purpose will be to provide advice and counsel in connection with the construction, project development and safe operation of all assets and plant facilities of Blue Tide Environmental (BTE).

The Chief Operating Consultants (COC) purpose will be to provide advice and counsel in connection with the construction, project development and safe operation of all assets and plant facilities of Blue Tide Environmental (BTE).
Job Accountabilities
- Review all safety programs and initiatives, including furthering implementation of the life-saving rules, and provide guidance to ensure a safe work environment and culture;
- Work closely with the “Operations Team” to maximize performance and maintain high morale:
- Facilitate communications between the CEO and the Operations Team;
- Design, develop and recommend operations strategies, plans and consistent procedures;
- Develop and recommend comprehensive operational goals for performance and effectively track metrics;
- Develop and recommend operations and safety policies that create and promote a strong company culture;
- Evaluate asset performance, analyze, and interpret data and present regularly to the Operations Team and/or the CEO;
- Develop and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance including daily operation snapshots and weekly and monthly plant performance and financial results;
- Cultivate engineering and design relationships with EPC firms, contractors, and consultants;
- Provide guidance relating to operational permitting processes and foster and maintain strategic regulatory relationships;
- Provide advice and counsel in connection with contract negotiations involving construction, operations, utilities, permits, and leases;
- Evaluate and provide guidance relating to all operational aspects of future expansion and acquisition opportunities;
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
- Consider relative costs and benefits of potential actions to recommend the most appropriate one and alternatives;
- Resolving how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes and proposing solutions;
- Observe production and plan and suggest rework processes to improve production;
- Assist engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems; and
- Any other task reasonably requested by the CEO of Company.
